Physical Therapist — mobile outpatient (in-home), Richmond VA
We treat patients of all ages — this isn't a pediatric-only practice. Most of our patients are recovering from personal-injury accidents (car crashes and similar), alongside post-surgical and fall-prevention patients. If you want to do real one-on-one rehab in people's homes, keep reading.
What you'll do
You'll provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatment to patients of all ages in their own homes across the Richmond area — people recovering from accidents, healing after surgery, and rebuilding strength, balance, and confidence. You choose your geographic area, set your own hours, and decide how many patients you take on.
Pay
- Up to $125 per evaluation and $85 per treatment session.
- You earn more per visit than typical insurance reimbursement.
- Reliable bi-weekly direct deposit. We get paid fast and never bill insurance — so there's nothing to chase.
Why PTs choose us over staffing agencies and clinic jobs
- We never deal with insurance — and neither do you. We treat cash-pay and personal-injury patients directly. No prior authorizations, no denials, no clawbacks — at rates that beat insurance.
- One patient at a time. No mills. The whole visit belongs to you and your patient.
- Flexibility that's actually flexible. PRN, part-time, or full-time — you design your schedule and caseload.
- You're not alone. Real mentorship for newer grads and a clinical community that actually talks to each other.
- Fast start. Most therapists are seeing patients within a couple of weeks of applying.
